Al Jawhari is an entrepreneur, Innovator and technology commercialisation expert with 20+ years of C-level experience.
With 4 successful business exits Al is an internationally recognized business leader known for crafting the required strategic vision to achieve business goals offering a unique blend of leadership, innovation, executive acumen, global team-building, and credited with strong ROI and operational excellence.
Al experience spans through Defence Manufacturing ,Retail, Agriculture ,Food and Wine, e-commerce and Software Platforms development.
Al Jawhari has work across the NA, GCC, United States, Europe, Australasia and currently makes his home in the Adelaide Hills on a farm with his wife and two children.
Al is a proud recipient of Order of the Republic of Egypt of first class, one of the highest decorations awarded to those who contribute to a distinguished work as well as Seed Forum Global Impact award 2019 for his Global Entrepreneurship Impact.
Al is a member of AIAA , AICD ,Block Chain Council ,Paul Harris Fellow in Rotary International and holds both US and Australian Patents in VR, Products Traceability, Anti Counterfeit platform/devices and Blockchain.
Dr Angie
Angie Shafei , MD DBA, is an interdisciplinary Senior Lecturer, Clinical Pathologist, Pracademic, Health Management Consultant and Researcher. She has 20+ years of experience in the medical, education, quality and accreditation sectors in Australia, North Africa and the Gulf. She is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management and Co-founder of InnovateInn, a Technology start-up specializing in Medtech and AgriTech. She is a research commercialization expert with hands-on experience in Health Transformation, who uses her unique interdisciplinary expertise to engage in translational research and has published in peer-reviewed publications in ConsumerX, mHealth, Telehealth and patient-centred service delivery models. Her Doctorate of Business Administration focused on patient-centred models of healthcare, developing new service delivery models for continuous improvements and involved co-design to improve consumer experiences. Her Medical Doctorate focused on studies on Interferon Alpha Gene Expression on Human Hepatic Cells. She is currently doing a third Doctorate in the University of Adelaide in Health Economics. Her research interests span the healthcare consumer journey and experience, digital health and uses of emerging technology in improving the healthcare delivery including health apps, wearables, virtual reality, mHealth, telehealth, web 2.0 and social media in health. She is a member of Health Informatics Society of Australia, Australian Institute of Marketing and the Action Learning Action Research Association of Australia. Angie currently makes her home in the Adelaide Hills on a farm with her husband and two children.
